Halloween is just around the corner, and people are working on their costumes. We’ve seen some scary costumes — headless horseman, Freddy Krueger wannabees…spooky characters.

Those are all pretty scary, but nothing can match the scariness of an angry NIMBY at a public meeting. Some of us have experienced firsthand some pretty angry people.

In the spirit of fun and satire, we assembled a few Spirit Halloween costumes here for your consideration and entertainment. Happy Halloween y’all, we hope no one tries to delay or deny you candy!
