Christ United Methodist Church is throwing a 30th Anniversary Bash on the Southern Village Green in Chapel Hill.

- 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

They’ll have a bouncy house, food available for purchase from Xolos, Al’s Burger Shack, and Maple View Farm Ice Cream, who will all have a presence on the green.
There will be games and activities for all ages, and live music from local bands including, Bill Moore, Now & Then, Brassissimo!, and more!
Southern Village Green is a great place for celebrations. However, parking can be tight sometimes. Here are some places you can try.
- 105 Market St lot (Church Offices Parking Lot).
- The preschool parking lot behind the church (not ADA accessible).
- There is also a large parking structure under the building with Town Hall Grill.
Little Known Fact:
When developer D.R.Bryan was creating Southern Village, he approached the UMC at a church conference and offered them land to build their church on.
