The meeting starts out with Council Member Adam Searing reflecting on his tenure. He starts out with some light jokes about what he might talk about, and moves on to some of the positive outcomes he was able to accomplish, especially with individual neighbors and residents in town. He goes out to note how hard it is to find candidates and thanks the two newly elected members, Lou Rivers and Wes McMahon.
